Yes, I am reviewing another conditioner from Garnier‘s Ultimate Blends range. Infused with argan and camellia oil, Garnier’s Ultimate Blends The Marvellous Transformer Conditioner is a pleasant surprise! Prior to purchasing it from Amazon (£2.00, 400ml), I had never heard of camellia oil. According to Garnier, camellia oil is reputed for its shine restoring properties. It is also a “time-honoured Japanese indulgence” (marketing jargon?). If you have hair on your head, you should be familiar with argan oil. As an oil aficionado, I find argan oil rather lacklustre and grossly overrated (only in regards to hair care).
Although I was unimpressed with the marketing jargon, I had to buy this conditioner. Why? I am a conditioner junkie! To my surprise, Garnier’s Ultimate Blends The Marvellous Transformer Conditioner performed exceptionally well, traditionally as well as unconventionally. Formulated for dry and dull hair, the conditioner only delivered, in regards to moisturising. I used it as a pre-shampoo treatment and traditionally. The conditioner always left my hair feeling soft. It is also great for detangling curly hair. Although there is a great emphasis on providing shine, Garnier’s Ultimate Blends The Marvellous Transformer Conditioner left my hair looking a little dull.
Overall, my experience was a lovely surprise. However, the scent is a little overwhelming and artificial. I believe Garnier created this fragrance to emphasise how exotic the conditioner is; it is musky but it is nice. Garnier’s Ultimate Blends range is vast, with so much more to try, expect more reviews! Ending on a random note, I have a new addition to my growing range of backdrops! It is marble! Unfortunately, it is also the most popular option in the beauty industry but it is perfect for showcasing anything and everything! My signature chocolate faux fur is going nowhere as it is distinctive, recognised by many, pretty much Your Beauty First branding.
